Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or after the first delivery attempt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw.
Failure to accept delivery or to collect a shipment from a postal office or pickup point does not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to us, it will be treated as a return, and any refund may exclude shipping and handling costs.
Unclaimed shipments / failed delivery
If a shipment is not collected, refused, or cannot be delivered due to customer inaction, this does not qualify as a valid cancellation.
Refunds in such cases will only be processed after the parcel has been returned to us.
Any refund will exclude:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs (if incurred)
- Any handling fees
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
