Order Processing Time: Please note that our products are often hand-painted and may require additional time for completion, depending on the size of the order. However, processing time should not exceed 10 days.

Shipping Provider: We utilize Slovenská pošta - the Slovak Post Service, and provide a tracking number for all shipments.
