SECTION 20 – DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE
Delivery of Orders
We fulfill our delivery obligation once the shipment is handed over to the carrier and delivered to the address provided by the customer or made available for collection at a local post office or pickup point.
For shipments sent via standard postal services, delivery to a postal office or pickup location is considered a successful delivery attempt.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting the shipment within the time specified by the carrier.
Failure to collect or accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation or withdrawal.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is not collected, refused, or returned due to customer inaction, we reserve the right to issue a refund only after the parcel has been returned to us.
Any refund may exclude shipping and handling costs.
